PPAN was founded by Laura Bolinger who has a diverse background and strong foundation in agriculture and the stock show industry. Laura grew up in Indiana on a dairy, swine, and beef operation. She pursued a degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University; Laura also has an MS in Agriculture Economics from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.

Laura’s background in dairy management, feed and animal health sales, and ruminant nutrition shaped her formulation of Purple Power Animal Nutrition.

Show stock is Laura and her family’s passion – they have shown at all levels from local jackpot shows to world competitions. Because of that passion, Purple Power Animal Nutrition was founded to serve families, just like hers, that are looking to raise top-quality show stock.

Beyond serving the agriculture youth by providing top-quality nutrition products, PPAN also funds scholarships for students, both traditional and non-traditional. Giving back to the stock show industry in all capacities is the goal of Purple Power Animal Nutrition.
